Your assignment is to learn about a scientist and their discovery.How has your scientist improved our lives?
You will also learn how to find and cite articles (APA) using Ebsco's General Science Centre

1. Use science.ca to get some background info about your scientist.
2. Print an APA Source Sheet to record sources. Record citation info for this website.

3. Use the APA Guide to type the MLA citation. Remember your title is Reference.
Everything is double-spaced.
4. Check the teacher sample. Make corrections if necessary.
5. Use the Science Reference Centre to find a relevant article about your scientist's discovery.
6. Print. (Don't forget to change the format before you print.)
7. Record this source on your Source Sheet.
8. Add it to your References page.
9. Now it is time for your to read your article and highlight 3 relevant pieces of information. (two facts from your article)
10. Go back to your references sheet and record this information using point form.
11. Make sure your names and on this sheet. Print and hand in to Mrs. Markle.
